The Software Platform Team is now seeking a Senior Developer with a strong background in operating systems, low-level infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems. The team is responsible for the platform components that enable product development across the organization.

Opportunity Overview

Design and maintain the software platform with a strong focus on built-in quality
Translating business needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with product teams on architecture, interdependencies, and priorities
Mentoring and on-boarding team members fostering a continuous improvement culture
Design and implement complex features and components

5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven track record of delivering software for embedded systems based on Linux
Proven experience writing production code in a setting with many developers
Deep expertise in operating systems, networking, and embedded Linux
Strong programming skills, preferably in C, C++, or Go
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Bonus Points For

Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field
Experience working with agile software development
