Job description
Become part of a well-coordinated cross-functional team and help us make the potential of digitalization tangible for everyone with our software as a service solutions for events and communities.

We are looking for backend developers to help us continuously expand our software. Our goal is to become the leading platform for creating and maintaining event and employee apps.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• During the onboarding process:
You will get to know our team and the agile product development cycle
You will be introduced to the product to build a deep understanding
You will develop your own workflow in the realization of requirements

• After the onboarding:
You create technical concepts and develop new features independently
You integrate external software solutions into our product
You provide interfaces for other software platforms
You think ahead and contribute to the continuous optimization of our product.

WHAT WE EXPECT
• You are smart and like to work in a team
• You already have technical experience in backend development - preferably in typed languages / at least 2 years with Go
• You have profound knowledge in MongoDB and have knowledge of service architectures in distributed systems
• You are also familiar with Git
• You have german language skills

WHAT WE OFFER
• On-site Working with us in the modern Erfurt office but also hybrid work model with large remote part possible

• 40h a week Mo-Fr (core working time from 10 am to 3 pm CET)
