Job description
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will work closely with a passionate and collaborative team of engineers that are committed to building the best in class product. We constantly explore new frameworks and languages and push each other to find optimal solutions to our problems. The ideal candidate will share this mindset of exploration and drive to build clean software. We’re looking for someone who can dive into our AWS infrastructure and contribute to the development of new services. Be motivated. Be curious. Be ambitious. Be part of the Clear Street team!

Skills & requirements
3-5 yrs of experience building backend services in javascript

1-2 yrs experience developing with Go (personal project experience is great!)

Experience with enterprise messaging through Kafka

Hands on experience with Amazon AWS

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or applicable work experience

Driven to improve processes, learn from past experiences, and innovate
