CottageClass (Techstars '17) is an early stage startup based in NYC. As a teacher for 15 years, I founded CottageClass to empower independent teachers to start their own schools, classes and camps to fill specific unmet educational needs in their communities. In little over a year, we've generated 1MM in GMV and served 400 families in NYC. Our investors/advisors include Learn Capital and the co/founder of Airbnb. We need a lead engineer to take over our current platform and help us scale, Architect, develop, manage and maintain entire CottageClass software platform. This is an exciting opportunity to to help build an early stage startup at the seed stage as we start expanding to new geographies. We are looking for someone who is excited about using customer discovery to develop a custom platform for teachers running microschools.
