Job description
Our engineering team seeks a Software Engineer as we continue to build innovative campaign solutions that take advantage of novel insights into our audience data.

Our applications require high performance and process lots of data, giving our engineers experience with concurrency, functional programming, fault tolerant systems, and distributed cloud architectures. Testability and Continuous Integration are very important to us and we have great test coverage. You'll need to be able to work well in a highly autonomous and extremely diverse environment while being able to prioritise effectively. Our team is based on continuous improvement and you'll need to contribute; for example, we routinely educate each other with informal lunchtime talks about new technologies.
