AIKOCorp is a cyber-security x AI research lab solving some of the biggest unaddressed issues both as attackers and defenders. Our work spans from autonomous penetration testing to intelligent monitoring pipelines, tackling problems where milliseconds, scale, and precision, all matter.
We’re looking for a Go engineer who thrives on designing high-performance systems and loves the idea of making infrastructure invisible to the user but beautiful to the engineer. You’ll be working closely with our research and platform teams to build secure, distributed systems that handle massive real-time data flow.
- Architect and implement scalable Go microservices and internal frameworks.
- Optimize performance across Redpanda, ClickHouse, and Postgres pipelines handling billions of events.
- Design resilient APIs and message-driven systems with strong observability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate directly with AI and infra teams to integrate model-driven agents into production systems.
- Own the full lifecycle: architecture, code, testing, deployment, monitoring with no babysitting or micromanagement.

- Have deep experience building high-throughput backends in Go, with an obsession for clean concurrency and low latency.
- Understand performance profiling, memory allocation, and benchmarking as part of your daily craft.
- Have worked in distributed or data-intensive environments where reliability meets complexity.
