The Software Engineer (Fullstack) Role
Join our Qlik Cloud Console and Management team as a full stack Developer focusing on backend but also capable or interested to learn frontend and become part of a dynamic and innovative group that is shaping the future direction of our company.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Collaborative Partnership: Partner effectively with colleagues in Development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Product Management throughout the software development life cycle, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of service improvements.
Performance and Quality Standards: Set the bar for performance, reliability, and quality standards within the team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence.
Software Development: Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and debug software, actively participating in test strategy definition and implementation alongside your colleagues.

We’re looking for a teammate with:
Educated in Computer Science, Software Engineering or with a scientific background.
Have a working experience of at least 2 years in software development.
Familiar with the Go language or you can pick it up fast.
Familiar with microservice architecture and development with clean, tested code and well-documented.
Deep knowledge of established design patterns.
Cloud infrastructure: Docker container engines, Kubernetes, and related tools like Grafana, Splunk/Dynatrace.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – 110,000 CAD per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package, eligibility requirements for benefits will be controlled by applicable Qlik plan documents and policies.
