This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States and Canada.

FullStory’s mission is to improve user experiences on the web. We tackle this daily by providing a platform that allows developers and product teams to automatically collect ultra high definition analytics from their sites, then make those analytics available through a powerful search engine, pixel-perfect session playback, and machine learning insights.

Day to day you'll:
Architect and build infrastructure to support the software development and release process
Optimize test and build to tighten feedback cycles
Be passionate about code quality and best practices and tooling for other teams within FullStory engineering
Use a data-driven approach to prioritize improvements in engineering productivity

We're looking for someone who:
Has 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Has experience in one or more of the following languages (and have an ability to pick up new ones): Go, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java
Has experience with using continuous integration tools like CircleCI, working with test frameworks like Jest and Cypress, wrangling build systems like Bazel and driving tooling improvements like adopting BrowserStack

It would be amazing if:
You are self-motivated; engineers own and drive efforts to completion rather than waiting for someone to tell us what to do
