Remote work possible (Posted Dec 13 2018)
About the company
District Capital is the Modern Commercial Mortgage Lender. We’re reengineering the $500B annual commercial mortgage lending industry to create a simpler and more transparent process for borrowers and brokers. By building automation and machine learning into an otherwise ad-hoc and manual process, District will lower fees for borrowers and brokers and transact at scale more efficiently and accurately than any other Commercial Mortgage Lender.
District was founded by seasoned real estate and technology executives with prior experiencing scaling RealtyShares from 2 people in a living room to a 120 person team across 3 offices, $60M in venture capital raised and close to $1B of capital deployed through the platform. Our prior experience also includes Ally Financial, Citibank, Fannie Mae, Thorofare and Google.
