Hello, I am Kevin an Engineering Manager at WeWork. We are looking for engineers to help build out our next generation Identity system in San Francisco. Check out how we choose to use Go as our language choice at Choosing a (Language) Stack.

Today, 260,000+ Members navigate WeWork spaces on a daily basis, a number growing geometrically year over year, yet this is only the tip of the iceberg. Countless Guests access WeWork spaces daily, and sales systems manage leads representing themselves, companies, and more.

Powered by We is WeWork’s enterprise business line, where We power spaces for large companies that we both build and manage. Alignment between WeWork systems and those of our clients is imperative.

WeLive and Rise by We go further and provide next generation residential and wellness services. There’s yet more to come beyond that, exemplified by WeWork’s recent acquisition of Meetup as well.

The Identity team’s challenge is to manage these identities, their relationships to one another, and their relationship to space and services, in a suite of services powering the whole of WeWork’s business lines. We are looking for talented engineers who are passionate about bridging the atoms-to-bits divide, and who care deeply about doing so in ways that both scale to business needs and champion our users’ trust and privacy.

Skills & requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience
