Job description
A typical week in your new life:

Mondays will be focused on our Inventory bots. They are designed to capture system and software data from vms, hypervisors, workstations, and even containers running on Windows and Linux.

Tuesday is all about monitoring. Our ARC bots are capturing metrics from all the above platforms and displaying them in real time. You will also be working closely with our data team and apply ML in order to find even the slightest deviation that users should be alerted on.

Wednesdays you may be working on our orchestrator, the heart of our Discovery as it is responsible for launching thousands of bots per hour and making sure that they deliver the results needed, while logging and monitoring their health. If a new version of the bots is available, the orchestrator is also responsible for updating the bots that are out and about.

Thursdays is all about security. From the layer of communication between bots and orchestrator, all the way to the cloud and further, our customers expect all the data that we capture and store on their behalf to be encrypted and void of any PII.

Fridays is all about what you want to work on and learn. If there’s a project you want to pursue and contribute to. If opensource is your game or even if you want to write on our blog, we support you!

Windows/Linux app engineer.

Prior experience with writing discovery, inventory and monitoring tools/plugins is desired (SCCM, Altiris, Bigfix, LanDesk, LanSweeper – okay); (DataDog, Sysdig – better); (Telegraf, New Relic – best).

Comfortable in a start-up/fast-paced environment where working independently is your vibe.

Skills & requirements
Computer Science Degree

Min 3+ years commercial experience in software development in Golang is a must

Candidates with system management, monitoring, storage, anti-virus or similar experience highly desired
