Job description
About the Job:

We can’t give you a lot of detail but it will involve cloud development, development in C and Golang, and building up from prototype to scale. This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering. This job will involve:

Providing hands on technical expertise to help solve critical software design and development challenges
Working through all aspects of the software development lifecycle
Owning development projects from start to finish
Working in a collaborative environment with other team members
Generating quality documentation for future generations of developers who work on this system

Skills & requirements
About You:
You’re a senior developer who likes to take full ownership of major projects. You have experience building cloud applications that can scale from prototype to millions of users. You understand security, and you aren’t afraid to get your hands on a lower-level language like C or Go.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years software development experience
Solid C-programming experience
Experience building scalable cloud applications, including integration with third-party APIs
Knowledge of software security practices and application hardening
Excellent debugging skills
Windows and *nix experience
Familiar with git and github
Self-starter
Good communicator
