Job description
Real Audience is a Swedish tech startup within the Artificial Intelligence / Big Data field, focusing on collecting and storing specific site data, do calculations on the data and help our customers to take actions based on the computed predictions.

Now we are looking to strengthen our remote Eastern Europe team with a Golang developer with knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. You have a university degree or equivalent in mathematics.

Your main responsibility will be to contribute to our Golang data processing systems, powered by Cassandra. In addition you will have an extra responsibility for constructing and constantly improving our machine learning algorithms.

Skills & requirements
You should have a sense for:
- The areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Clear, concise and self-describing Golang code
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Working with agile methodology, such as Scrum
- Common tools, such as Git
- Working from home in a remote team

Ideally, you should:
- Have experience in Golang development
- Have at least two years of programming background
- Have an interest in high software quality

Additionally, you:
- Have a university degree in mathematics with focus on machine learning or similar
- Are familiar with languages such as Matlab, R, or Julia
- Seek to understand the business strategy and needs of our customers
- Inspire your colleagues with your thirst for mastering the things you work with
- Are a passionate developer, proud of the quality of your work
- Are an independent worker and self-starter, as the job is fully remote
- Are able to communicate well in spoken and written English
- Are willing to travel to Sweden or Norway for occasional in person meetings with the team
- Live in the CET timezone (same time zone as Stockholm/Sweden)
