We are looking for a talented engineer to help build our back-end technology stack. You will have to engineer solutions, make major architecture decisions, and write APIs and expanding our our existing ones. Capacity to work in an highly collaborative environment is required. The ideal candidate has significant experience developing backend solutions that can handle large amount of flowing data.
Design core, backend software components that can scale as our product does
Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
Conduct design and code reviews
Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
Innovate elegant and useful solutions to solve critical business problems by working across teams in high visibility roles
Develope new APIs and expand on existing APIs
Develop upon and integrate with systems hosted both locally and in the cloud.
Design and develop systems and tools to scale the company
Skills & requirements
A passion for finding a more efficient solution
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High aptitude and implementation-agnostic approach to engineering
Strong attention to detail, highly entrepreneurial, creative, open-minded, persistent, and highly collaborative
Experience in understanding large and complex code bases, including API design techniques to help keep them clean and maintainable
You know how to properly design and document REST API’s
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly-scalable backend systems
An extensive knowledge of Go.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages: GO, Java C++, Swift, ..etc
Relevant work experience
A portfolio of applications or technologies you have built or have been a part of building
