We are hiring talented software engineers to build a collection of cloud-agnostic security services. Engineers who are passionate about innovating in the security space and driven to deliver exceptional product experiences for developers are an ideal fit for this role.
We are looking to hire our first Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our amazing engineering team and help us deliver world class security services for the application developer.
Responsibilities:
Work in a cloud native software development environment to review new features and conduct test planning (unit, functional and integration tests).
Be able to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to improve test coverage.
Where necessary you should be able to implement test frameworks and tests to improve test coverage
Design and maintain QA metric dashboards.
Research, analyze, design, and review system specifications of customer centric cloud security products.
Managing code promotion from development to production.
Design user stories and test cases based on feature requirements and use cases.
Execute test cases manually and automatically. Analyze test results and report issues to the development team.
Maintain and develop automated test scripts to validate all aspects of products based on a variety of test cases.
Provide end-to-end quality assurance solutions for cloud security products to the development, marketing, sales teams, etc..
Deploy cutting edge cloud security products to the competitive market.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of software testing or development experience.
Development experience with Golang and/or Python.
Experience testing cloud native microservices.
Experience with building and extending test automation frameworks for server and client side automation. Preferably in Selenium.
Experience in AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Experience with performance and scale testing for cloud native services.
Excellent understanding of various aspects of software quality assurance discipline such as testing methodologies (black box, white box), types of test (Non-functional, Regression, User Acceptance) and other test topics (AB Testing, Canary Testing, etc..).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
