Job description
At ITERATIVE, we build open-source tools for machine learning DVC (9000+ ⭐on GitHub), CML (2000+ ⭐ on GitHub), and enterprise-grade data infrastructure solutions - iterative.ai.
We're a well-funded (Series A), remote-first team (40+ employees) on a mission to solve the complexities of managing datasets, ML infrastructure, ML models lifecycle, and other ML & data-centric workflows.

Continuous Machine Learning (CML) is an open-source CLI tool for implementing continuous integration & delivery (CI/CD) with a focus on MLOps. The team brings a combination of software engineering expertise & infrastructure management best practices to the MLOps world - for an ML focused CI/CD solution.

Responsibilities

Discuss and research issues, features, new products.
Write code (see some PR examples).
Write docs if needed for your code (see the doc site).
Being actively involved with the community - talk to users on Github, Discord, forums and to our customers.

Requirements

Strong GoLang skills and excellent coding culture (standards, unit test, etc).
IaC - Experience using Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure (or equivalent Infrastructure as Code).

Must Have

Motivation and interest.
Excellent communication skills - clear, constructive, and respectful dialog with other team members, community
Remote work self-discipline - ability to focus and deliver reliably - respect team's planning, deadlines, etc

Great to Have

Experience working remotely.
Open source contributions or experience of maintaining, developing an open source project.
Machine learning or data science experience.
System programming experience - kernel, databases, compilers, etc.
