My client, based in Central London, is breaking new ground in the insurance world. To date they have over 300k customers and have built a strong company of 100+. They’re building a diverse team from different backgrounds, outlooks and experiences. They are very proud of the culture they have created thus far and want to improve on this.Â
They have asked me to find an Engineering Manager to help grow and scale a high-performing team. You will drive tech initiatives in conjunction with Product managers and the lead engineers.Â
Their current stack consists of Go (Golang), React, Typescript, GraphQL, Mongo and PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker.
You should have:
- 5 years’ experience managing a team of Engineers, together with a proven development background - Proven engineering scaling experience - within a startup environment - Strong line management skills with the ability to develop a team - Experience working in B2C environments
