About the company
The Human Brain Project is a H2020 FET Flagship Project which strives to accelerate the fields of neuroscience, computing and brain-related medicine.
This acceleration will be achieved by a strategic alignment of scientific research programmes in fundamental neuroscience, advanced simulation and multi-scale modelling with the construction of an enabling Research Infrastructure.

This contract is for software development services needed to extend the DVID Image service (https://github.com/janelia-flyem/dvid) to it to authenticate with HBP Identity Service. The extended DVID image service must also allow role-based authorization on particular DVID image projects. As the DVID Image service is written in Go, the service provider must have demonstrable expertise in developing, modifying and optimizing performance sensitive data services in the Go language. Resulting code is intended to be contributed back to the open source DVID project.
Deadline for application is 2018-02-15.
Deadline for completion of the contract is 2018-03-31.
