Biography
I am a technologist, in my free time I write code for my own free software projects and also for the Tor and Tahoe-LAFS projects. In addition to efforts towards operational security, defense in depth and paranoia advocacy, I would like to contribute to projects that help protect everyone's confidentiality, anonymity and censorship resistance.

Skills
I've got 15 years experience as a software developer and systems administrator. Lately I've been developing a TCP attack detection tool written in golang called HoneyBadger https://github.com/david415/HoneyBadger it's purpose is to act as a sort of intrusion detection system that sends alerts in real-time when TCP vulnerabilities are being exploited in a monitored traffic flow. The other golang project I currently have is a forward/reverse parasitic TCP traceroute implementation https://github.com/david415/ParasiticTraceroute

What I look for
I am looking for a position where I get to write lots of Golang code everyday.
Right now I'm willing to work remotely or in the city of San Francisco, California, US, Earth, Milkyway Galaxy.
