GoLang, PHP, Scala

My experience has been mostly in the FinTech industry, where I've worked largely building backend applications in the lending space.

I've used GoLang to build lending orchestration systems, which are accessed from mobile devices, and by other backend services. The systems I've built using GoLang interface with different components, including relational databases, cache stores & queueing systems. My experience has been primarily with AWS.

In the past, I've used PHP (Laravel framework) to build integrations to Payment Systems to enable B2C, C2B & B2B applications for the companies I've worked with. Examples of systems I've integrated to include Safaricom MPESA in Kenya, Vodacom Tanzania, MTN Mobile Money Uganda, Coins.ph, VMoney (the Philippines). The Payment Systems are currently in use across 4 markets globally, serving over 17.8 million customers.

I've used Scala to build data ingestion platforms (ETLs), Authentication platforms for mobile frontends & to build the backend system for a savings platform.

Across all of these languages, I've gained invaluable experience when it comes to code review, allowing me to provide constructive feedback to the teams I'm working with.
