Biography
Worked on building a realtime message delivery microservice with a publish-subscribe architecture which served half a million users concurrently and delivered 125M messages per day.
Built an availability monitoring service to track and maintain the status of microservices.
Built a Hydration service using Go, grpc/protobuf with a GraphQL engine to serve the hydration needs of microservices and solve chatty microservices
Skills
I have been building, deploying and maintaining microservices with REST or RPC for the last 5 years. I love working with Golang.
I've worked with Product Managers and Technical Architects on big scale designs; and, design sprints are my favourites. I've worked with many NoSQL data stores for different purposes.
I'm a team player and I've worked individually and with small or big teams, out of which I absolutely love working with teams. This is one of the main reasons I prefer to avoid remote work or freelancing unless absolutely necessary.
What I look for
I am looking for a backend developer role where I'll mostly code in Golang.
I want to work in Zurich or any other place in Switzerland.
