As our network and project base grow, weâre looking to expand our pool of part-time Golang developers and consultants who are passionate about Go and want to work flexibly on interesting problems.
We are looking for experienced Golang developers and consultants available for part-time remote contract work. Youâll collaborate with a variety of clients on a per-project or hourly consulting basis, helping to architect, build, optimize, and troubleshoot Go-based systems. This is a great fit for engineers who value flexibility, autonomy, and technical depth.
Role:
- Work with a wide range of clients on diverse Golang projects (web services, APIs, backend systems, microservices).
- Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams and clients.
- Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems.
- Work as a consultant or fractional team member with startups and growth-stage companies, helping them navigate technical decisions and scale their Go infrastructure.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Go.
- Write idiomatic, high-performance Go code that is clean, testable, and maintainable.
- Choose your own workload and availability.
