Go Backend Developer - PropTech / FinTech (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
We are currently looking for a qualified Go Backend Developer to join our development team. The person will be responsible for maintaining and improving interfaces to third party accounting software, utilising existing Go codebases and advanced PostgreSQL functionality. This role requires knowledge of a range of technologies including Go (golang), PostgreSQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, AWS EC2 and ECS, Docker, Linux, Node.js, shell scripting and GitHub actions. Experience with full-stack front-end development using React, TypeScript and Relay is a definite plus.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain interfaces to third-party accounting software.
Use of Go and PostgreSQL to optimise performance and scalability.
Implementing GraphQL and PostGraphile for efficient data queries and manipulation.
Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration with external systems.
Deployment and management of applications on AWS EC2 and ECS using Docker containers.
Utilising Linux, Node.js and shell scripts for automation and system management tasks.

Implementation of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure smooth development workflows.

The following qualifications characterise you:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a backend developer with a focus on Go development.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL database concepts and advanced usage.
Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, AWS EC2/ECS, Docker, Linux, Node.js and shell scripting.
Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript and Relay is a plus.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the PropTech or FinTech space is a plus.

Deine Aufgaben:
Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem/r qualifizierten Go-Backend-EntwicklerIn zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsteams. Die Person wird für die Wartung und Verbesserung von Schnittstellen zu Buchhaltungssoftware von Drittanbietern verantwortlich sein und dabei bestehende Go-Codebasen und erweiterte PostgreSQL-Funktionen nutzen. Diese Rolle erfordert Kenntnisse in einer Reihe von Technologien, einschließlich Go (golang), PostgreSQL, GraphQL, REST APIs, AWS EC2 und ECS, Docker, Linux, Node.js, Shell-Scripting und GitHub-Aktionen. Erfahrung mit Full-Stack-Frontend-Entwicklung unter Verwendung von React, TypeScript und Relay ist ein deutliches Plus.

Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Schnittstellen zur Buchhaltungssoftware von Drittanbietern zu entwerfen, zu entwickeln und zu pflegen.

Folgende Qualifikationen zeichnen dich aus:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung).
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Backend-Entwickler mit Schwerpunkt auf Go-Entwicklung.
Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von PostgreSQL-Datenbankkonzepten und fortgeschrittener Nutzung.
Erfahrung mit GraphQL, REST APIs, AWS EC2/ECS, Docker, Linux, Node.js und Shell-Scripting.
Vertrautheit mit GitHub Actions für CI/CD-Automatisierung.
Kenntnisse von Frontend-Technologien wie React, TypeScript und Relay sind ein Plus.
