Job position
Permanent / Freelance - Remote work possible

Job description
Responsibilities

 Development of backend service APIs

 Design and manage persistent data layer

 Design and implement tests (unit/integration) of all backend services

 Produce good documentation

 Participate in code reviews

 Manage deployments across multiple environments

Skills & requirements
Requirements

 Minimum 5 years in systems development

 Experience writing web services with either go, python, ruby, or nodejs

 Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL or MySQL

 Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

 Experience writing good unit and integration tests

 Experience developing against CI/CD pipeline

 Effective English communicator, clean code writer

 Self starter who can work independently
