Job description
As a Backend Developer at Asteria Aerospace, you will be developing cloud web applications. Your role is to design innovative solutions and develop software products in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with product managers, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

Specific Responsibilities:

Collaborate with key stake holders to match the raw requirements into design specifications

Responsible for developing scalable and secure web services

Design and develop engaging user experiences

Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

Create and maintain software documentation

Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling up the web application

Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

Skills & requirements
Experience: 5+ years

Skills & Experience

2+ years Experience with Golang

Experience in developing scalable cloud web application

Proven working experience in web application development using technologies like Docker, Ngnix etc.

Experience in working with relational databases and NoSQL databases

Experience in C/C++ will be a plus

Familiarity with continuous integration systems will be a plus

Familiarity with distributed filesystems will be a plus

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Experience with GIS web application development will be a plus

Must be creative and able to develop new approaches to complex design problems
