About the company
Innovate. Adapt. Stay ahead of customer needs. For businesses, that’s the promise of containerized infrastructure. But, new infrastructure brings new challenges, limiting the actual impact of new technology. Every developer, every devops engineer, and every security professional has seen it: the next, great platform could be so much greater... if only the right tools were there.

Here at Sysdig, we’re what you might call container-obsessed. It starts with our unique technology, which listens to the heart of the operating system to surface the deepest data with the least overhead. From there, we’ve created the first-ever Container Intelligence Platform, which proactively uncovers issues before they manifest, and allows for deep digging to solve the most complex problems.

As passionate, technical problem-solvers, we are driven to keep creating powerful solutions that enable containers – and businesses – to realize their full potential.

They are scale-out enterprise products, and they already have multiple integration points with cloud-native open source systems such as Kubernetes and Prometheus.

What you’ll be doing

Authoring and contributing changes upstream to Prometheus and related projects

You have strong Golang experience.

Ideally, you have prior Java experience (even if you’re much happier in other languages!)
