Job description
Monetas is a prominent startup in the crypto finance space, located in beautiful Zug in Switzerland.

We are looking for Go developers (in Zug or remotely) with the following skills/qualities:

- a bachelor's degree in computer science or 5 years of relevant experience in software development
- strong command of (and ideally commercial experience with) Go
- good working knowledge of or experience with git
- experience with agile development (including scrum and code reviews)
- solid oral/written English language skills
- the ability to work in self-directed fashion and with minimal supervision
- a desire to learn and hone your professional skills continuously
- good team-work/collaboration skills and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines and/or under pressure

In addition to the above you will ideally have:

- commercial experience in large scale software development (ideally in Go) and/or experience in an open source setting
- good working knowledge of or experience with
- cloud computing
- distributed software design
- messaging systems (ideally 0mq)
- relational databases
- linux system administration

If successful, you will be developing open source software in the Open
Transactions [1] and voting pools [2,3] eco-system.
