Skills & requirements
Primary responsibilities:

Contribute and become part of the the Kubernetes project (Go)
Analyze requirements from Openstack team, propose and implement necessary improvements to Kubernetes
Participate in design and implementation of life cycle management of Openstack by Kubernetes
Interact with Kubernetes community and Openstack team, engage in conversations via email and teleconferences, interact with a distributed team (Ukraine, Russia, France, Poland, US)

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Great analytic and problem solving skills
Fast learning and self-starter abilities
Experience in software development for at least 6 years
Experience in developing and operating large scale distributed systems
Experience in using Go or other system languages to build robust production systems
Experience contributing to an large open source project
Understand container runtimes (Docker) and virtualization technologies (KVM)
Good Linux experience
Experience with Git, Gerrit, other code review systems
Understanding of cloud computing concepts
Ability to read/create technical documentation and write letters in English

Will be a plus:
Contributed to Openstack or Kubernetes
